Hotstone Massage - Heated basalt river stones are used to transmit deep heat and provide deep tissue massage. While most often used as a relaxation treatment, stone massage also has great benefits in therapeutic massage. A general treatment is 60 – 90 minutes, giving the therapist time to select, place and remove the stones.

Thai Massage - Also known as Thai Yoga Massage, this form of treatment is both relaxing and invigorating. Performed on a floor mat, the therapist employs various pressure techniques using hands and feet to apply acupressure, muscle massage, joint manipulation, as well as yoga-like stretches passively applied to the client.
